Hi! Welcome to my page. I am Grace, the face behind Grace Carlisle Mind + Body! I was born and raised in Worthington, Ohio, and I currently reside in Westerville with my husband, Cj, two toddlers, Crew and Kinley, and our Australian Shepherd, Sadie May. When I am not in office with my patients, you can find me around Columbus with my little family exploring and doing all the activities. We spend majority of our time divided between COSI, the Columbus Zoo, and Columbus Crew soccer games.

I have been working in the medical field since 2016. I have a passion for the work I do, and have known for a long time that nursing was my calling. In 2013 I became sick with various health concerns, and have experienced what it is like being on the patient side. I believe that because of my many years of being a patient, I am able to care for my patients with a better sense of understanding and compassion. I strive to make sure my patients feel heard and validated and that they always know I am on their team. My mission is to help those I serve to have a better quality of life.

I look forward to working with you!
